A supported living service, Rehability UK Berkshire, has been rated ‘good’ for the personal care it provides to people who need help to remain living in their own flats.

In a report published on 9 August 2017, the Care Quality Commission said it had found that consistent staffing meant the service had got to know clients and understand their non-verbal communication, which was detailed in care records so all care workers would know what certain gestures or actions meant. Staff also praised the manager, for being ‘firm, but fair’ and for promoting dignity of clients.
