Top Class Quality Care Services, a Reading home care agency for older and young adults, has been told to make improvements.
In a report published on 17 April 2018, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) said it had found that clients’ care records did not properly set out medicine instructions or note when medicines were given to people. Better background checks on staff were also needed. Overall, the agency was rated as ‘requires improvement’.
The CQC is the national organisation that checks all social care services.
