Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments (PNA) across Berkshire [Closes on 31 Dec 2017]

Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments (PNA) look at the health needs of the local population and how these are met by the pharmacy network. PNA are used by decision makers in the NHS and other local organisations about the number & location of and services provided by pharmacies in the local area.

Following public consultation, revised PNA reports have now been drafted for Reading, West Berkshire, Wokingham, Bracknell Forest, Slough and Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead.

The information will only be used for the purpose of this consultation and will not be passed to anyone else. The analysis is done on an anonymous basis under the guidelines of the Data Protection Act.

The final Pharmaceutical Needs Assessments will be presented to the relevant Health & Wellbeing Boards before 31st March 2018 and will be made available on Local Authority websites.

The consultation opens on 1 November 2017, and closes on 31 December 2017.
