Parkside Care Home rated ‘Good’

Parkside Care Home in Reading has kept its ‘Good’ rating, following its latest inspection by the independent body that checks the quality of social care services.

In a report published on 8 January 2019, the Care Quality Commission said that residents living at Parkside described staff as caring and said they felt safe at the home. Inspectors observed good interactions between staff and residents that preserved people’s dignity and privacy and also encouraged them to live as indpendently as possible. The Bupa-run care home was also described as clean and well-led.
