Absolute Care has retained its ‘good’ rating for the service it provides to 120 people in their own homes, after its latest inspection.
In a report published on 26 July 2018, the Care Quality Commission said it spoke with six people who received regular visits from the Reading home care agency, as well as four relatives. The CQC also checked people’s care plans and got feedback from staff during the inspection visit.
One person said: “I don’t feel that they are clock watchers and I don’t feel rushed. They do everything very efficiently in a timely manner.”
The CQC is responsible for checking the safety and quality of social care and NHS services.
